Administrative Asst III VP


Job Description


The Administrative Assistant III is responsible for providing primary administrative support for their assigned group and performing all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by Management. This is a non-exempt position and typically reports to the Manager of the Group or Vice President.

Essential Functions:

•Assists with filing, copying, assembling and mailing
•Maintains files, prepares reports, provides telephone coverage, screen telephone calls and messages
•Receives, sorts, and distributes mail
•Makes travel arrangements
•Reviews expense reports
•Maintains vacation and training schedules


Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:

•Requires a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
•Requires 1 - 3 years related administrative experience
•Requires strong computer skills (Microsoft Office products)
•Requires excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
•Requires ability to multi-task, prioritize duties and work independently with a minimum of direction
•Requires ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism and work quality
