Corporate Recruiting Manager


Job Description


The purpose of the Corporate Recruiting Manager is to partner with hiring managers across various disciplines to develop recruitment strategies and hire for all staff positions at the corporate office.

Essential Functions:

•Performs full life cycle recruitment functions including: creating requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring for all staff corporate positions
•Develops sourcing pools of diverse and qualified candidates to staff current and future open positions that align with the organization’s talent strategy
•Supports candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive hiring experience
•Develops and maintains a trusted relationship with senior executives and hiring managers at all levels at the corporate office
•Effectively uses recruitment methods and social media platforms to attract active and passive talent
•Builds relationships with community based organizations (ex. local universities, local professional associations) to establish the company’s presence in the local job market
•Implements best practices to increase the quality of hires while reducing time to fill and recruitment spend


Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:

•Requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR other related field
•Requires demonstrated judgment and discretion associated with 5 years of full life cycle recruitment experience in a corporate recruiting environment – with experience in the specific areas of IT and Finance
•Requires experience using Applicant Tracking Systems
•Requires demonstrated problem solving skills
•Requires the ability to advise and influence in a positive and effective manner
•Requires strong oral and written communication skills, and excellent listening skills
•Requires ability to manage multiple priorities and follow-through
•Requires ability to travel approximately 10% of the time
